-Led a 20-person team to set up and structure a larger local 300-person salesforce for the company’s financial app, AKULAKU Credit.

-Built up supply chains and logistics channels for the company by reaching out and negotiating with 30 sourcing suppliers, as well as 5 large suppliers such as Unilever and Indofood.

-Led market research efforts for the AKUGROSIR retail app by conducting interviews with an average of 50 small-medium enterprises in Jakarta per week for 2 months.
